Question

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is August 31, 2017 and we have to provide our venue with the final headcount soon afterwards.

What if I already RSVP'd but I can no longer attend?

Answer

Please contact our wedding coordinator, Ceicile Buonya (her contact information can be found on the invitations and RSVP card) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If you can no longer attend, please be considerate so that we can try to change our headcount without incurring costs.

Is this an adults only wedding and reception?

Answer

Children are welcome as we understand the inconvenience of traveling and having to find a caretaker. If you bring your children, please provide us with their age(s) so that we can provide the appropriate number of children's plates.

Are there discounted rooms available? When is the last day to reserve a discounted room through Wyndham?

Answer

We do have a block of discounted rooms if you are interested in staying at the Wyndham. Please make sure to tell them that you are coming for the Ksor Buonya-Velikov wedding so that the hotel can apply our discount. Please note that an automatic extra $2.00 resort fee will be added to your room charge. Additionally, you MUST reserve your room by Saturday, September 9, 2017!! Any of our unbooked rooms will be released for general sale after this date.

How long will dinner be served at the Reception?

Answer

Dinner is buffet style and will be served from 7:00 - 8:30pm. We will do our best to accommodate everyone, but please send us a message if you have any specific food allergies, are vegetarian/vegan, or if there is anything else we need to be aware of.

Will there be an Open Bar? Will it include Premium Liquor?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for a LIMITED time (length of time still to be determined). The Open Bar starts at 6pm. The Open Bar will include house liquor, house wine, domestic & imported beer, soft drinks, and water. Premium liquor is not included in the Open Bar.

Is there free parking?

Answer

The Venue does have free parking for wedding guests. Please note there will be a wedding party before ours, so parking spaces may be limited. We recommend carpooling where possible.
