Walk over it. Run over it. See it at sunset. See it at sunrise. Whatever you do, make sure that you come to this majestic, historic bridge at some point in your lives. Bonus if you start in Manhattan and end up in Brooklyn: we boast an ice cream shop, amazing pizzeria (Juliana's), and gorgeous park that spans the waterfront. We love love love it here.

Our family's favorite pizzeria in all the land. Thin crust, Old World meets New World meets your mouth. Heaven. Long lines, but you can order take out and eat it picnic style in the park right down the street.
Free Kayaking in NYC
Free kayaking! This makes for a pleasant afternoon if the weather is nice and the water is calm.
Museum of Modern Art
Swoonworthy art. Free on Fridays from 4 PM to close!
Comedy Cellar
Legendary comedy venue located in the Village! **Make reservations well in advance!** It is free to reserve seats and there is no penalty if you end up making a reservation and not going. The Comedy Cellar is a few blocks away from Washington Square Park and in the heart of the Village. We highly recommend that you leave extra time for walking around this historic area.
