FAQs

Question

When do we need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 15th 2026.

Question

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

Due to limited parking at our venue, transportation to and from the wedding will be required. If you’re staying off-site, shuttles will pick up from the hotels listed in the Travel section and return you at the end of the evening. We will provide a detailed shuttle schedule for guests staying at the hotels where room blocks are available. Please note: If you choose to stay at a hotel or Airbnb other than our designated accommodations, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to the main hotels in order to catch the wedding shuttle.

Question

What are the best ways to get around Sedona?

Answer

Sedona is best explored by car, so renting a vehicle is usually the easiest way to get around- there are little to no ride share options. Many of the scenic spots are spread out, and parking is limited at popular sites, so plan ahead. Sedona also has free, public shuttle services to transport you to popular hiking areas. *If you are arriving from Phoenix Airport: It’s about a 1.5-hour drive to Sedona. We recommend renting a car, or you can use one of the shuttle services available at the airport. (We’ll share more details on shuttle options closer to the wedding.)

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Think garden party: elegant but airy. Light pastels, prints, and florals are encouraged but not mandatory. We kindly ask guests to limit dark colors (men can wear darker suits if preferred).

Question

What is the weather like in Sedona in October?

Answer

The weather is usually mild and sunny—great for being outdoors! Daytime highs average around 75°, while mornings and evenings can be cool, dropping to about 50°. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket so you’ll be comfortable dancing all night!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. There will also be a relaxed outdoor area for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, you’re welcome to bring them. Otherwise, we’re keeping the celebration to those named on the invite.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our celebration is adults-only. We hope you can join us for a fun, kid-free evening!

Question

If we have additional questions, where should we go?

Answer

Feel free to reach out to Carolyn or Mike via text/call for any further questions!
