The wedding will take place at Brittany's parents’ home, surrounded by the garden, the animals, and the people who have shaped our lives the most. It’s a place filled with memories, care, and everyday love, and it felt like the most meaningful place for us to begin our marriage. We’ve chosen to keep our celebration intentionally small and deeply personal. Rather than a formal event, we’re imagining the day as a gathering that feels like home—unhurried and meaningful, with room for real conversation, laughter, and time together. Expect chickens wandering nearby, dogs underfoot, yard games in the grass, and a fire pit as the evening settles in. We’ll be celebrating outdoors in early October, embracing the season as it comes. South Dakota weather is famously unpredictable, and we’re welcoming that fully. So dress accordingly! Whatever the day brings, we’ll be grateful to be together—sharing stories, good food, and connection in a place that means so much to us.
