We know that you all are going to look incredible! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. This includes anywhere from around the knee to floor length dresses or dressy separates. Suits with tie optional are encouraged, and sport coats with ties are also welcome. Please no denim. Please note that our venue is all outdoors; the walking path from the shuttle drop/parking lot is gravel, and there is grass in some places. So if you're planning on wearing heels, more stable and block heels are recommended! In addition, our outdoor venue will be warm during the day and will cool down at night. It's recommended to bring a sweater or light jacket for the evening hours once the sun goes down.
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces are all hardscape. Please note that the parking lot and some of the walking paths are gravel, and there is grass in some areas of the venue. Please also remember that this is an outdoor event space, so be prepared for full sunlight. There will also be a golf cart available for guests who may need assistance getting to the event space from the shuttle drop/parking lot, and moving between event spaces.
We love your kids, however we have decided to keep our wedding reception an adults-only event. Thank you for your understanding!
Please kindly RSVP via the RSVP tab on this website by August 1st!
Once our formal invitations are sent out, please visit the RSVP tab on this website to submit your RSVP. The RSVP tab will walk you through the process.
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at Rancho Guejito Vineyard (17224 San Pasqual Valley Rd, Escondido, CA 92027). Please note that there may be another event at Rancho Guejito Vineyard on the same day, so when you arrive, please make your way to the back of the property to ‘The Terrace Venue’ for our ceremony. There will be attendants in the parking lot to help point you in the right direction, so please don't hesitate to ask them!
17224 San Pasqual Valley Rd, Escondido, CA 92027.
The ceremony will start at 4:30pm PT sharp, so if you are driving yourself, please be sure to arrive at the venue by 4:10pm to allow time to park and make your way to The Terrace Venue. If you are taking the shuttle, no worries, the shuttle will get you there with plenty of time before the ceremony starts!
On Wedding Day, we will have a shuttle running to Rancho Guejito Vineyard before the start of the ceremony, and back in waves towards the end of the evening. The shuttle will only be picking up and dropping off at our designated hotels (Courtyard San Diego Rancho Bernardo, Hilton Garden Inn San Diego/Rancho Bernardo, and the bridal party’s hotel). When you submit your RSVP please be sure to indicate if you are taking the shuttle so we can plan shuttles accordingly! When you arrive at the venue via the shuttle, you will be dropped off in the parking lot and the attendants will point you to The Terrace Venue.
These details are currently being worked out, so please check back here or the Accommodations & Travel tab closer to Wedding Day!
Free parking at the venue is an option if you'd like to drive yourself! When you arrive at the venue, please follow the gravel road past the yellow house on your left, and park in the large gravel lot behind the yellow house. We recommend parking towards the back of the parking lot to get you closer to our ceremony site. Once you have parked, please make sure to ask the attendants in the parking lot to point you to The Terrace Venue. Cars can be left overnight in the parking lot, they just must be picked up by noon the following day.
Our venue is a smoke-free venue. Thank you for your understanding!
