Our Story
Julia & Dillon met in 2021 like many couples do these days—on Hinge. On their third date, Julia told Dillon she would be moving to Ohio in less than two months for a seasonal biology job. Dillon took it in stride, and they agreed to see where things went before she left.
While Julia was in Ohio, Dillon visited her four times over the course of six months. When she moved back to New England, they began what they affectionately call their “short-distance relationship” before eventually moving to Tennessee together.
Those years were filled with hikes, breweries, new friends, and the addition of their dog, Gilligan. After Julia completed her graduate degree in 2024, they moved to Massachusetts.
Dillon proposed in the summer of 2025, and they are so excited to begin their forever this September.
