As long as you have arrived in Belize by Thursday, any flight/airline is great. When booking, make sure it is to Belize City (BZE).

Travel Note

Transportation to Orchid Bay

We will be providing free transportation for guests coming in Wednesday the 4th or Thursday the 5th. This is about a 2-hour drive. We will be in contact with each guest to coordinate flight arrival times with van pick up. This will also be offered for guests when departing Sunday, the 8th or Monday the 9th.

House Or Rental

Orchid Bay Resort

We have reserved 10 Cabanas and 3 Condos through the resort. Cabanas will cost $125 per night as well as a resort fee and taxes. This will come to about $150. For Condos, they will cost $195 a night as well as a resort fee and taxes. This will come to about $228. We recommend the Cabanas for couples, and Condos for families, or those that want to stay with another couple. When booking, please directly email the resort using reservations@orchidbay.bz Please put the subject line as March 2026 Wedding. The wonderful David who is in charge, will personally respond to each email and get you situated with ease.
