There will be a shuttle for guests staying at Brookedale lodge! They will pick you up between 12:30 and 2:30 pm and dropping us back off at the Brookedale lodge for the after party between 9:00 and 11:00 pm!
As much as we love little ones, this will be a child free event! Due to limited space, we request only adults attend our wedding. This will exclude the four nieces and nephews as our flower girls and ring bearers!
the Brookdale Lodge is where we are holding our After-Party. It is a cute hotel about 10 mins from the venue. I have 11 hotel rooms booked from this venue with a discount. There is also a - Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley - Chaminade Resort and Spa - Four Points by Sheraton Santa Cruz Scotts Valley - Quality Inn Santa Cruz - Best Western Scotts Valley These are all about 10-20 minute drive from the venue
There is valet parking at the ceremony! There are 50 or so spots available so it is encouraged to carpool if possible
Dress code is nice/cocktail attire. It is in the Santa Cruz mountains in November with the ceremony held outdoors while the reception/dinner will be held indoors with heating lamps spread throughout. We are hoping for some sun but we will provide blankets and umbrellas to prepare for the worst. Bring your mountain chic attire and jackets!
We will have an afterparty at the Brookdale Lodge. the Wedding event time will end at 9:00 PM with everyone filing out until 10:00 PM. After party will start when people arrive and end at 2:00 AM!
With limited space we are not allowing dates or plus ones
We will have a buffet with many options but please let us know of any allergies.
If the website is not letting you RSVP correctly, text Dillon or I if you’re unable to make it! If you’re only able to RSVP for your partner and they’re on the invite we are counting you as two so don’t worry!
