What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on Zola by July, 27th.

What do I do with the recipe card that came with my invitation?

Answer

Please bring the recipe card to the wedding with you and drop it in the recipe box (it will be labeled). If you cannot make it to the wedding, we would love it if you would mail the card back to us. We are hoping to gather everyone's favorite recipes to start our recipe box! Dillon loves to cook and try new recipes, so we thought this would be a great way to try new ones.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 pm, so please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to find a seat, say hello, and grab a cocktail or beverage before the ceremony begins!

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception will all take place at Fox Fields. Address: 52 Fox Road Red Lodge, MT 59068

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one/children?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone's loved ones and little ones, it is hard to accommodate every person. All invited plus-ones and children are included on the RSVP's. If you have any questions, please reach out to Heather or Dillon.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue(s)?

Answer

A gravel parking lot is located in front of the venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception indoors and outdoors.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

There will be cocktails, charcuterie, and a variety of small bites for food (burgers, sandwiches, fries, and salads). There is a vegetarian option available.

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

Billings Logan International Airport is the best airport to use if you're flying in for the wedding. It's about one hour from Red Lodge.
