It all started 11 years ago... we were just kids wrapping up another summer break, getting ready to start our Junior and Senior years of high school. Hannah was working at Captain Dusty's Ice Cream and Dillon, after just finishing a summer baseball game, decided to stop by to grab a scoop with his dad, Steve, and Steve's best friend Brian. Hannah chatted with them, but couldn't help but notice the good looking baseball player eating his cone. She decided to ask around to friends about this mysterious redhead and it wasn't long before the word got back to Dillon. Ah, young love... Fast forward a few weeks later - Dillon was at a Red Sox game with a few friends. He decided to text Hannah and say he thought he saw her, even though he knew she wasn't there. Smooth! Apparently it worked, because the rest is history.... We have been through so many life events since then. 1 year after dating we set off for separate colleges for 4 years. We endured long distance, studying abroad, internships, championships, real world transitions, promotions- all of the good times and the bad. We have truly grown so much - both together and individually - throughout all of this time. After recently navigating through a global pandemic together, we decided we had officially seen it all and were more than ready to commit to forever, even though deep down we think we knew it would be forever 11 years ago.
