Question

How/when do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through our website by January 21st or sooner!

Question

Can I bring a +1? Are kids invited?

Answer

We have planned on having those who received an invite.

Question

What is the dress code? Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Attire can range from formal, cocktail, semi-formal, or dressy casual winter attire! The venue is in the mountains and it will be cold, so please plan accordingly. The ceremony and reception will all be indoors. The windows might be open during the ceremony if the weather is permitting, so please wear something warm if you think you will be cold during the ceremony. Note: Please don't feel like you need to go out and buy a specific attire for the wedding, but if it's an excuse to branch out and try something new, by all means go for it!

Question

Will there be an open bar? What's on the menu?

Answer

Yes, we will have an a la carte bar. Please refrain from bringing your own substances onto the venue as there will be fines for doing so. Please try to limit alcohol intake to 3 drinks/person. We will have hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Dinner and dessert will be provided. We hope you enjoy the menu we selected!

Question

What if I have a food allergy/dietary restriction?

Answer

Please reach out to us! The venue is able to provide accommodations when they know ahead of time. We will let the venue know once we know.

Question

Is there parking at the venue? Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes, there are about 30 parking spots on the venue. There should not be a problem with parking with our wedding, but please carpool if you are able to! There is no transportation to/from the venue, but the parking, ceremony, reception, and some of the lodging are all at the same location.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from having phones and cameras out during the ceremony. Any other time is welcome!
