What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cowboy Cocktail. Think cocktail attire with a Western twist — boots and hats are welcome but not required. Nice jeans may be worn, but please no jeans with holes or distressing.

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

The bride and groom, along with our families, will be staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites Terrell, where we also have a room block reserved for our guests. Tru by Hilton Terrell is within walking distance, so either hotel is a convenient option.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

If we have enough interested guests, we plan to offer a shuttle/bus to and from the venue with pick-up and drop-off at the Fairfield hotel. There may be a small fee to ride. Please indicate your interest when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Is parking available at the wedding?

Yes, parking will be available on site for guests who choose to drive.

Can I bring a plus one?

Plus-ones are only included if listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding as we keep our guest count limited.

Children are welcome if they are listed on your invitation and included on the website. Due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate additional children not listed. Thank you for understanding!

Yes! Dinner and drinks will be provided. Please include any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We’ll be keeping an eye on the weather, so you can relax and enjoy the day!
