How do I get to the venue? Is there parking?
Answer
The Promise Gardens requires all guests to use the shuttle service—there is no on-site parking available. The shuttles will arrive at the hotels and leave by 3:00 PM, so please plan to catch the shuttle at that time. Guest arrival to the property begins at 3:30 PM. At the end of the night, the shuttles will return to the venue at 9:00 PM for loading and will bring everyone back to the designated hotel(s).

What should I wear?
Answer
We’d love for everyone to dress up and celebrate with us in style! Semi-formal attire is preferred—think dresses, jumpsuits, dress shirts, and slacks (a jacket is optional but always looks sharp!). We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white so the bride can have her moment. We can’t wait to see you looking your best!

Are there hotel room blocks available?

We do have a room block at Fort William Henry Hotel for our guests. If you’d like to stay there, reservations must be made individually by calling the hotel’s reservation department directly at 1-800-234-0267 or by using the link below. Please note that regardless of where you stay, all guests will need to arrive at Fort William Henry Hotel by 3:00 PM to catch the shuttle to the venu

Absolutely! We’ll be serving a delicious plated dinner during the reception, followed by a sweet dessert bar. There will also be an open bar available throughout the night—so come hungry, thirsty, and ready to celebrate!

Are kids welcomed?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. The Promise Gardens has a strict policy regarding potential damages to the venue and grounds, and we are held responsible for anything that occurs during the event. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we create a fun, relaxed evening for everyone!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Your invitation will specify if a plus-one is included. As much as we’d love to invite everyone, we’re keeping things intimate and are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invite. Thanks so much for understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you please put away all phones and cameras during the ceremony. This will be an unplugged ceremony — our amazing photographers and videographers will capture every special moment beautifully, so you can be fully present with us.
