Our Welcome Party is inspired by how we met—at one of Dillon’s rooftop carnitas parties. During COVID, Dillon became the go-to neighbor for good food and good company, firing up the grill and gathering people together! To kick off our wedding weekend, we’re bringing it back to where it all started with carnitas tacos, margaritas, and yard games for an easygoing night to celebrate at the ranch! For attire, think casual and festive—sundresses, comfy shoes, and yes, cowboy boots are encouraged! Kids are welcome! Parking is available on site, otherwise we recommend Uber/Lyft!

Floor-length dresses for women and suits for men. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place in outdoor spaces, so block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are recommended. And because mountain evenings can cool down, you may want to bring a light wrap or jacket just in case! Wedding Day Timeline: 3:45 p.m. - Shuttle pick up at The Broadmoor Hotel 4:15 p.m. - Take your seats in the pasture for the ceremony 4:30 p.m. - We say “I do!” 5:00 p.m. - Cocktail hour in the courtyard 6:30 to 11 p.m. - Dinner & dancing! *We ask that everyone take the shuttle leaving from The Broadmoor Hotel. Valet is available at The Broadmoor or we recommend Uber/Lyft to the hotel if you are not staying there. We will also have shuttles available to drop you back off at The Broadmoor at the end of the evening.
