Where Will the Ceremony & Reception Take Place?

Please respond by August 1, 2027. Due to venue requirements, we are unable to accept RSVPs after this date.

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

We’ve chosen to make our wedding a 21+ celebration. We’re excited to celebrate with the guests named on the invitation only and appreciate your understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Beauport will offer complimentary valet parking for all wedding guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We highly recommend The Beauport Hotel, where the wedding will be held, for the most convenient and seamless stay. If it’s fully booked or not the right fit, there are several wonderful nearby options, along with a variety of Airbnbs in the area. Nearby Accommodations: • Ocean House Hotel at Bass Rocks (May–October) — approximately 2.5 miles from The Beauport • Inn at Good Harbor Beach — approximately 2.0 miles from The Beauport • The Hotel at Cape Ann Marina — approximately 2.7 miles from The Beauport • Rockport Inn & Suites — approximately 6.0 miles from The Beauport • A variety of Airbnbs and vacation rentals in Gloucester and Rockport are also available and can be a great option for groups or extended stays. Additional inns and B&Bs within a short drive include Addison Choate, Bearskin Neck Motor Lodge, and The Emerson Inn. We recommend booking early, as accommodations in the area tend to fill up quickly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive early and grab a drink at the hotel bar beforehand; the open bar will begin immediately following the ceremony.
