Where Will the Ceremony & Reception Take Place?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester, Massachusetts.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner you RSVP, the better, but please respond by August 1, 2027 at the absolute latest. Due to venue requirements, we are unable to accept RSVPs after this date.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

We’ve chosen to make our wedding a 21+ celebration. We’re excited to celebrate with the guests named on the invitation only and appreciate your understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Beauport will offer complimentary valet parking for all wedding guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive early and grab a drink at the hotel bar beforehand; the open bar will begin immediately following the ceremony.

Yes! We will have a full open bar available for our guests to enjoy throughout the celebration. Cheers!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Semi-formal / elevated cocktail attire appropriate for a fall coastal celebration on the East Coast. Wedding Color Theme: Agave green (bridesmaids) and dark navy (groomsmen), with blues, greens, soft pinks, and gold accents. Guests are welcome to use this palette as inspiration, but matching is not required! Please wear something you feel great in. Please do not wear white or casual clothing such as jeans, shorts, or anything similarly informal.
