*Runs All Weekend* The Aloft provides a free shuttle for guests to travel between the airport and hotel. Arrange the shuttle in advance by contacting Aloft San Antonio Airport, 210-541-8881 opt.0 for front desk. Let them know what time you need the shuttle and they can pick you up/drop you off. Shuttle seats 11.

A shuttle will be running back and forth between the hotel and venue during 5-11:30 pm. Please go to the front desk and they will assist you to the shuttle/let you know when it will arrive next.
Flight
We recommend flying into this airport. It's located five minutes from the hotel. Call the hotel before hand to arrange a free shuttle. Shuttle information above.
Hotel
Located only five minutes from the airport and our venue. A complimentary shuttle is offered to and from the airport and our venue. Click "View" below to book with our block discount. Or call to reserve your rooms and mention the Baldwin/Lane Wedding. They're able to extend the rate if needed. The official time to book online with the block has passed but The Aloft still has availability and will honor the block rate if you book through their event coordinator, Amanda Ozuno. House Or Rental
Plenty of house rental options if you want to go this route and split with other friends or family members. Our venue is located less than fifteen minutes from downtown. We recommend getting a place near The Pearl, St. Mary's Strip, or Blue Star District. Any of those neighborhoods will place you near great restaurants and the downtown area.
