Kaumana Cave
On our last adventure here (April 2022) We went with Mikes brother Mac, his significant other Marki and Brandi's brother Travis on an adventure through the lava tunnels. **BRING YOUR HIKING SHOES AND HEAD LAMP**
Waiale Falls
Another place we've adventured to! The same day we went to the lava tubes we also drove about two miles away to find these magnificent waterfalls (and there are two, pay close attention when you get to the top). It is a hike so once again have those hiking shoes ready, it does get MUDDY so watch out!
Kukio “keiki” beach
One of the few beaches on the island, you will need to arrive as early as possible to get a parking pass and enter into the gates. Small beach but a private lagoon.
Kīlauea
The volcano! How can you go to Hawai'i when there's an actively flowing volcano and not see it?!?
Humpy's Big Island Alehouse
Great drinks! We recommend the Lilkoi Margarita! Also great for breakfast!
Punaluʻu Beach
This is a black sand beach by the southern tip of the island. You can also see turtles!
