Our Story
Kylie and Dillan met in Livermore, California while working at Cloud 9 Pizzeria — Kylie a junior in high school and Dillan a senior. From the start, they were a perfect team: Kylie taking orders and Dillan pouring beers. What began as after-school shifts quickly turned into something lasting.
Dillan eventually moved in with Kylie and her family, and during the pandemic they all decided to start a new adventure together in San Diego. A few years later, Kylie and Dillan moved into their own apartment, building a life side by side and growing through every chapter together.
Unknown to Kylie, Dillan had planned the perfect proposal for an entire year. What she thought was a New Year’s Eve party with family and friends turned out to be their engagement celebration. At midnight, during a champagne toast, Dillan got down on one knee and asked the question she had waited six years to hear.
She said yes.
