They met in person for the first time on Halloween in 2020 at a drive-thru haunted house (during the dark covid-19 times). Between the scares and the laughter, something clicked instantly. From the beginning, Brendon and Dilini have been more than just partners—they are truly best friends. They make each other laugh endlessly, understand each other deeply, and bring out the best in one another in every moment they share. At their core, they share the same values—especially when it comes to family. They both care deeply for their loved ones and have seamlessly embraced each other’s families as their own. One of the most meaningful parts of their journey has been the bond Brendon shares with Dilini’s son, Shayden, loving and caring for him wholeheartedly from the very beginning. From traveling across state lines to Florida to exploring destinations like Hawaii, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Aruba, and Sri Lanka, they’ve created countless memories—always finding joy in simply being together. In May 2023, during a trip to Sri Lanka, Brendon proposed—turning a beautiful moment into a lifelong memory.
