When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 15th 2025, if we do not receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and have to mark your as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

What is 'summer formal'?

We are excited to celebrate with you! To make this event even more special, we kindly ask that you come dressed in formal attire, with a vibrant touch of color. Whether it's a bold accessory, a colorful tie, or a statement piece, we encourage you to bring your best and brightest to the celebration. We can't wait to see you there and share in an evening of style, sophistication, and fun!

Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle bus available for your convenience. Please refer to the cards in your welcome bag for all the details, including pick-up times and locations.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been formally invited. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones away during the ceremony so that we can all be fully present in the moment together. Your attention and participation mean so much to us.

Will we be outside?

Answer

As the sun will hopefully be shining, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors.
