Our wedding is July 31st, 2026 located at Woodlands in Morrison. Address is 8884 Hwy 285 Morrison, CO 80465
You can RSVP directly on our website—just head over to the RSVP tab. We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 30th. Our final guest count is due June 30th, so please RSVP on time. If we haven't heard from you by June 30th, we will assume you are unable to attend. We’re so excited to celebrate with you!
You will be truly missed! If you’re unable to attend, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
We kindly ask that only those listed on your RSVP card attend. If you were given a plus one, their name will be included on the RSVP card!
Unless specifically listed on your invitation or RSVP card, we kindly ask that you enjoy a kid-free evening with us. We hope this allows everyone a chance to relax and celebrate!
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you feel inclined to give, we would be incredibly grateful for contributions toward our honeymoon. You’re also welcome to bring a card to the wedding if you prefer. All details can be found under the Registry tab on our website. Thank you so much!
We kindly ask our guests to dress in cocktail attire / semi-formal wear for our wedding celebration. For Men: A suit or dress pants paired with a blazer, button-down shirt, tie, and dress shoes are all appropriate. For Women: Cocktail dresses, midi or knee-length dresses, polished jumpsuits, or floor-length gowns are all welcome for this level of formality. ⸻ Please avoid the following: • Any shade of white, including ivory, cream, or champagne • Muted sage green, sea-glass green, or tan tones, as these colors are reserved for the wedding party • Jeans, sneakers, sheer clothing, or hats. ⸻ If you are unsure what to wear, please feel free to check out this Pinterest board https://pin.it/XMKfC9vxq Thank you for helping us create a beautiful and elegant atmosphere for our special day!
While we can’t predict the weather, Colorado summers are typically dry and pleasant. We recommend bringing a light jacket just in case! The venue also has plans in place should any unexpected weather arise.
For Our Out-of-Town Guests: We haven’t reserved hotel blocks, but you’ll find a list of recommended hotels located about 15 minutes from the venue under the Travel tab. We hope this helps with your planning! For Our In-State Guests: The venue is located approximately 30 minutes outside of Denver, so there is no need to stay in a hotel unless you would prefer to.
We aren’t sure of this just yet. Our venue requires transportation for 150 guests or more, so once our final guest count is submitted, we will notify everyone if transportation will be provided and how to use it. Please note that our venue does not allow rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. We encourage families to ride together, as parking is limited to 60 spots.
We ask that guests arrive 30–45 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. This allows time to park, walk to the venue, and get comfortably seated. Unfortunately if you arrive after 4:00 PM, you will not be let into the ceremony. You will be asked to wait in the cocktail area or car until the ceremony is finished. So please plan for traffic, weather, and the unexpected.
We kindly ask that you put away your phones and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ve hired professionals to capture every moment, and we want you to be fully present with us during this special time. We also kindly ask that you don’t post any photos of the wedding until the bride and groom have given the go ahead!
Please join us for cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony! The bar will be open and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Reception doors will open shortly before dinner begins—just enough time to find your seat and settle in.
Yes & No, the ceremony will be held outside over looking the beautiful mountains and, cocktail hour will also be outside on the gorgeous patio and the reception will be held inside! Keep in mind that the parking lot is gravel so wear appropriate shoes!
Yes! We’ll have an open bar available throughout the evening. We simply ask that everyone drink responsibly and look out for one another. If needed, please arrange a ride with a friend to ensure everyone gets home safely.
Bold BBQ - VInce and I have always loved BBQ so we felt it was only right to have it on our big day!
The celebration will conclude promptly at 10 PM in accordance with county regulations. But don’t worry—we have six hours of unforgettable fun planned!
