Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is September 26. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm so we ask that you be present no later than 4:15 pm

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to the guest limit we've agreed on with our venue, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be addressed when you RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the RSVP tab are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Our wedding is exclusively adults only with the exception of immediate family.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony since we've paid some people a lot of money to photograph and video our ceremony. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take a thousand photos and videos so we can all remember the night.

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Yes (weather depending). If inclement weather, then we will move the ceremony inside. In October in Bluemont the average high/low is 65°/50° so please bring something to cover up with while outside. The reception will be inside for the rest of the night.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue

What do I do if I'm late for the ceremony?
Answer
If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you there.
