Booking Your Room We are working with our travel agent, Delia Cruz, to help ensure that you get a room in our wedding block at the best rate. Booking through this route also allows you to hold your room and lock in the rate with just $100 per person and make payments as you see fit, making it easy and convenient. Please make note of the important payment dates below: *Deposit due: March 1, 2026 - $100 per person *50% of reservation due: July 1, 2026 *Remaining balance due: August 1, 2026. Booking Steps

Please click the link below and follow the steps when visiting the room block link to book your reservation, transfers, and flights. 1. If bundling your flight, select your departure city. If you are NOT bundling your flight, under Package Type select the option for Contracted Groups Hotel Only option as this will remove the airport information. 2. Enter your arrival date, departure date, adult and child qty and select SEARCH. 3. Review the room categories. Select CHANGE ROOM TYPE to see more options. If you don’t see a room category you’re looking for, reach out to your advisor for assistance. 4. Under TRANSFERS, make sure to add the shared transfer option for $42 per person. If you want the private transfer option, click on VIEW AIRPORT TRANSFERS then scroll down to select the Private Transportation options for $150 total per reservation. It covers up to 6 guests on 1 single reservation. ADD TO CART then scroll down to click on PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. 5. Under TRAVEL PROTECTION, review the different options for travel protection. You never know what can happen so adding travel protection is always recommended. 6. Review the robust options for ADD-ONS and add any excursions that you want to do while visiting Cancun. 7. Select CONTINUE then complete each traveler’s information. An email and phone number are required of the lead traveler. Be sure to click, 'Yes, share my contact information with Amstar' as that is the airport transfer company. Select CONTINUE again when finished. 8. Utilize the Special Service Requests section to add bedding configuration and room requests and to call out special occasions. Please note: requests are not guaranteed and are at the resort’s discretion at check-in. 9. Choose to pay the required per person deposit, or go ahead and pay in full. For guests seeking an adults-only stay, TRS Coral is the exclusive all inclusive, adults-only property within the resort complex. Guests staying at TRS Coral will enjoy full access to both TRS Coral and Grand Palladium restaurants, pools, and amenities. It’s a great option for those looking for a more private, elevated experience while still being close to all the festivities!

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers can be booked directly on the booking link provided by our Travel Agent. Once you have entered the check in and check out dates to view the availability, there will be a tab that will show TRANSFERS. You have the option of adding the included shared transfers for $42 per person. If you want to upgrade to private transfers, click on VIEW AIRPORT TRANFERS and select the option for Private Transportation which will be a total of $150 for the private transfer to the property for everyone on your reservation. Arrival Instructions: After landing, follow the signs to Customs and Immigration. Complete all necessary paperwork and collect your luggage. Once you exit the baggage claim area, ignore anyone offering taxis, tours, or souvenirs. Many people will try to approach you, but these are not your pre-arranged transfers. Keep walking straight toward the airport exit, staying focused on the signs for “Ground Transportation” or your private transfer meeting point. Outside the airport, your private transfer will be waiting with a clearly marked sign with the transfer company’s logo, AMSTAR. Following these steps will help you avoid confusion and start your vacation in the most relaxed way possible! Further detailed instructions will be provided much closer to the wedding, typically around the 1-2 month mark.

Flight

Cancún International Airport

When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 45 minutes north of the airport. The room block link has the option to bundle your flights directly with the link. Further instructions are listed below. If you prefer to book your own flights, search for the best flight deals on sites like Google Flights, Hopper, SkyScanner, etc but book your flight on the actual airline's website. It is recommended to start tracking flights around the 9 month mark and book flights no later than the 3-4 month mark. Please book the flight that works best with your schedule. We highly encourage guests to arrive no later than October 23, 2026 to join in on all the wedding events. The wedding ceremony is on October 24, 2026. If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities which include pools, restaurants, activities etc. Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.
