What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM on the 15th. Be there before then to grab a drink and a seat. Check the shuttle schedule for the approximate times it will be picking up from both resorts. Shuttle Schedule: https://www.zola.com/wedding/diepenbrocktapken/travel

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual / Garden Party / Somewhere in between. Check the weather before you leave. We'll be outside (weather pending) so wear what you'll be comfortable in. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather pending we will be outside for all three.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle running between Norfork River Resort and the venue before the ceremony and after the reception. River Ridge Inn is next door to Norfork River Resort, please plan on walking over for pickup. Click on the travel tab for more information on the resorts. Times TBD. There is very limited parking at the venue so please use the provided shuttle pickup point. Uber does run in Mountain Home but it is very limited.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Can I bring my kids?

Please note this will be an adults-only celebration. Please leave your children at home unless they are listed on your invite (our relatives).

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll have appetizers before the ceremony. Dinner will be served following the ceremony. We will also have water, tea, coffee, beer, wine, and a special cocktail or two.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Make note of it on your RSVP. We will have a vegetarian option.

Keep your phones in your pocket and save the ceremony pics for the professional. Any time outside of that, have at it.

What's the best way to RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Unfortunately we won't have anything virtually

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a spot to drop off your gift or you can ship it directly to our house.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes, we will have a couple of other events at the venue over the weekend. Check out the Schedule tab for more details.

Can I jump in the pool? Even at the wedding?

Maybe wait for the ceremony to finish first but then Yes! as long as you're not nakey.
