Question

Who should I contact if I have questions about the wedding?

Answer

To avoid overwhelming the bride and groom as we get closer to their big day, reach out to their wedding planner with any questions you may have first. (636-487-7774)

What if I only plan on attending the ceremony?

Answer

If you unfortunately cannot join us for the reception, please let us know so we don’t reserve you at dinner seat at a reception table or simply hit will not attend on the rsvp please and thank you! The ceremony seating is unlimited, the reception is not.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless you have a plus one listed by your name when you go to RSVP, we ask that you do not bring a plus one. Seating is limited at our venue and there will be a seating chart.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi formal attire. Keep in mind it will be hot in August, but all of the wedding festivities will be indoors. Ladies avoid wearing white or orange dresses.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unless specified on your rsvp, we ask that you leave your kids at home. We love your little ones, but seating is limited at our venue.

Will their be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

No. We will have a wonderful mock-tail and coffee bar for you to enjoy. We strictly ask that you do not bring any outside alcoholic beverages in the venue, because it is not allowed.

Where should I sit?

Answer

During the ceremony it will be first come first serve seating. During the reception however, there will be a seating chart found at the entrance of the lobby. (Reminder, there is only enough seats for the people on the guest list, please don't bring a plus one unless you were given one).

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony at least 10 minutes before start time. (see schedule page for start times) If you arrive once the ceremony has begun, you may have to sit in the lobby until the wedding processional has concluded. | For the Reception, please arrive before 5:00. You can arrive anytime between 4:15-4:50 if you wish to attend the meet and greet in the lobby with the bride and groom.

What should I do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are in the same town, so you won't have to travel far. See the things to do page for ideas on fun lunch spots and things to do while you wait for the party to begin. Family of the bride & groom will be called for photos after the ceremony is concluded.

What food and drinks will be served?

Answer

We will have snacks during meet and greet hour, La Hacienda for dinner, a mock-tail/coffee bar all night long, non alcoholic wine for toasts, and delicious wedding cake for dessert!

How and when do I RSVP?

Answer

There is an RSVP page on the top of this website, click that and type in your name! Please RSVP no later than July 30th. If you do not RSVP, we won't know to save you a seat!

I can’t find my name on the RSVP?

Answer

If you received an invite but can’t find your name when you type it in, please reach out to the wedding planner. (see top question for contact info).

Can I take photos?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be a QR code on each table with a link to share any and all photos and videos you take with the bride and groom. (Be sure to silence your phones during the ceremony and reception).

Where do I park for the reception?

Answer

You can park anywhere in downtown Siloam Springs!

Question

will the ceremony and rececption be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Don't worry about the heat, everything will be indoors, minus the final exit at the end of the night.

I want to give the bride and groom a gift, how can I do that.

Answer

You are welcome to view their registry at the top of the website and have a gift sent directly to them, or there will be a cards and gifts table at the wedding.
