SJU- Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport

For our out-of-town guests, the best airport to fly into is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan. It’s the closest airport to our venue, Hacienda el Lago in Cayey, located about 45–50 minutes away by car. We recommend renting a car or coordinating transportation ahead of time to make your trip smooth and enjoyable.

Stay

We highly recommend that guests stay in San Juan, at any hotel of their choosing. San Juan offers the most flexibility, amenities, and dining options, and it’s also where transportation services like Uber are most accessible. That said, there are also several Airbnb options in the Cayey area, which is closer to the venue. If you’re interested in staying nearby, we would be more than happy to help you look for options, just reach out to the bride or groom.

Transportation

We strongly recommend renting a car during your stay, as it makes getting around the island much easier and more convenient. While Uber is readily available in San Juan, availability can be limited outside of the metro area. Please note that the wedding venue is approximately 40 minutes from San Juan, so having your own transportation will make travel to and from the venue much smoother.
