we’re getting married

We were two young kids that attended the same church. Throughout our teenage years, our parents would make jokes about us marrying each other. Both of us being extremely shy and awkward; we would just ignore their comments and jokes, and only said “hi” to each other in passing, and nothing more. Although, our love story does not start at that young age, it was just the beginning! In 2022 it started with a simple like on an Instagram picture and from there the rest is history. Conversations were never ending and a true friendship was developed. Diego had visited and was staying in South Africa at the time, and Kendall was in California. There was a 10 hour time difference, but to the both of us, time was nonexistent. We were both enthralled by the other and wanted to learn everything we could about each other. Fast forward a couple years and here we are! We never could have imagined that life would have placed us back in each other’s lives in the way that it did. We know this is just the beginning, and we are extremely excited to continue our journey together!
