We got married!

On December 8, 2021 at 10am, Diego and Evan were greeted at the courthouse by a small group of family members. Within 5 minutes, all were taken to the Wedding Room, where vows were given, tears were shed, and rings were exchanged. The room was filled to the brim with love and joy, with promises and hopes for the future at the seams. Diego and Evan became wed forever at 10:15am. “Like a force to be reckoned with; A mighty ocean or a gentle kiss.” It was Christmas evening in 2019 and we were in our home in quiet Alameda, when Evan got down on one knee singing “Two” by Sleeping at Last and presented a handmade ring from Oakland.
