The story of Cheradyn and Diego is a classic love story from the modern day. Diego was born and lived in Guatemala City, Guatemala and 1,931 miles away Cheradyn was born and lived in Lubbock, Texas. So how did these lovers meet? Well, it started way back in 5th grade in the year 2009 at Christ the King Cathedral School. Out of all the places in the world, Diego's aunt and uncle lived here in Lubbock and their daughter just so happened to attend school at CTK. Diego and his family decided to travel to Lubbock from Guatemala to visit their family and explore the idea of moving there during their break. However, the school year was still going on in the US so Diego attended CTK so his parents could see if it would be a good fit if they moved. And that is where Diego and Cheradyn first met, in a little 5th-grade classroom. The two of them probably never exchanged a single word and a few months later, Diego returned to Guatemala. Years go by and the two of them always remembered each other and thought about the unique experience they each got to have. In the year 2014, Cheradyn is surprised to see Diego in the halls of CTK again. Diego's family had decided to move to Lubbock and send their kids to CTK. Cheradyn and Diego remained friends up until 2016 when their relationship as a couple slowly began. The two have stayed together ever since June 18th, 2016.
