Our story began in one of the least romantic places imaginable: Terminal 1 at JFK Airport. For four years, we worked side by side in the same terminal without ever meeting. It took a global pandemic, a staffing shortage, and a shared work assignment for fate to finally introduce us—proving that God have excellent timing. What started as a strictly professional connection soon revealed an undeniable spark. A first date in May didn’t go quite as planned, prompting Arely to take an abrupt step back. By September, Diego had returned to Arely’s thoughts, and with an open heart, she reached out for a second chance. Since then, we’ve been inseparable, building a life together filled with love, laughter, and the quiet joy of knowing we found our person. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you in Medellín on August 16, 2026—a place as meaningful and vibrant as the journey that brought us here.
