Wedding Party

Bianca Bustamante

Matron of Honor

Bianca is a treasured friend who I had the privilege of meeting the day I moved into her beach bungalow during COVID Lockdown. We stuffed 3 girls in an 8x10 room and would stay up late building an unbreakable bond (if she wasn't sleep talking). Bianca was one of the first friends who challenged my obedience...or lack of..at the time..to the Lord and to this day I am indebted to her for speaking life and love into me the way she graciously has. She has taken leaps of faith in her artistry and tattoo business and has seen the fruit of her labor and the Lords faithfulness be multiplied. You will see her and her husband, Mateo, in the middle of the dancefloor all night!

Luke Mizel

Best Man

Luke has been my best friend since childhood. He’s been there through every chapter—challenging me to grow, standing by me through the highs and lows, and sparking some of the wildest adventures I’ve ever had. We’ve traveled the world, chased big dreams, and bonded over our shared love of sports, competition, and Star Wars. We’re like yin and yang—balancing each other’s strengths and weaknesses in a way that has helped us both grow in meaningful and significant ways over the years. Our friendship has become more than just the two of us—it’s brought our families together. It’s been such a blessing to see the Preciado and Mizel clans grow close, all because two five-year-olds met and traded LEGO Mini Figures in Sunday school. Fun fact: Luke thought I was Black when we were kids. Honestly, I think he still does.

Lindsey Balsiger

Maid of Honor

I was the roommate that Lindsey never wanted...alas I would win her over by hot girl walks, Starbucks and late night carpet talks, while she offered me wisdom, joy, and epic dance parties of two. Lindsey is the Lord's grace, zeal, and love. Her nature is to champion people and speak life into them even when you think you have none. Having been on the receiving end of her love, I am honored to have her stand by me as she has already out served me and then some. Thank you for all of your love sticky notes and for being such a faithful and glass-house kind of friend. Beach Barbie and Nature Barbies for life!

Marco Preciado

Groomsman

Marco has grown from my little brother into one of my closest friends. It feels like I’ve known him his entire life, and it’s been amazing to watch him grow into such a passionate, grounded, and gifted guy. He loves his friends, his hobbies, and—most importantly—the Lord. You can’t miss Marco. Whether he’s scoring goals on the soccer field, leading worship at church, or jumping off bridges for millions of views on YouTube, he lives boldly and authentically. He’s never anything but 100% himself, and that’s one of the things I admire most about him. We share a deep bond over our love for soccer (fútbol), Marvel, Legos, and a good dose of friendly competition. He’s the best little brother I could ever ask for, and I’m so proud of the man he’s become. Fun fact: Marco is a two-time state champion—no big deal.

Vanessa Champlin

Bridesmaid

My sweet Nessy and I became friends by cleaning out her dads expired pantry until 2 in the morning. As roommates in her childhood home, we shared so many roll-on-the-floor belly laughs, 45 minutes of most movies, chocolate date "yum yums" and blindfolded nerf gun wars. Nessy is so full and overflowing with love. Her devotion to being in The Word shows in her character and the Lord is magnified in her spirit. She is married to her wonderful high school sweetheart, Ethan, traveling Europe for pro-volleyball and where ever they end up in the world, Nessy is near and dear to my heart always.

Augustine Soberon

Groomsman

Augy and I officially became friends in high school, even though we’d shared the same circle for nearly a decade before that. He likes to say I was “too cool” for him back then—but in reality, we were just on different campuses until high school brought us together. Augy is one of the sharpest people I know. We bond over everything from pseudo-intellectual debates to the dumbest jokes imaginable. More importantly, he’s been a steady, loyal friend—especially during some of the toughest seasons of my life. His support and genuine friendship have meant the world to me. Thanks to Augy, I’ve gained a love for gaming, cool cars, and disc golf! Fun fact: Augy built me a custom PC from scratch. I use it for everything—from editing professional projects to grinding out late-night gaming.

Lorraine Williams

Bridesmaid

When I moved back from Hawaii, Lorraine was one of my first new friends that made it worth being back in San Diego for. We shared many long beach walks talking about life and the Lord, in seasons where we both felt like God felt distant. Over the last few years of interceding for and encouraging each other, we have seen the Lord deliver much greater than we could even imagine. Her steadfastness and pursuit of the Lord and His Word has challenged and inspired me. I had the privilege of being one of her honored bridesmaids as she became a Williams in July 2025. I am overjoyed to be celebrating alongside each other so many of the prayers we thought God couldn't hear.

Cayden Katnik

Groomsman

Cayd is a man after God’s own heart—someone I genuinely look up to and hope to continue learning from as we both walk with the Lord. He’s one of the most disciplined and consistent people I know, but also incredibly sharp and just as hilarious. Some of my hardest laughs have come from the conversations we’ve shared. We were re-introduced at an FCA camp in 2022, even though we’d been floating around the same Christian circles in Escondido for over a decade. We co-led a tennis huddle group, shared the gospel with an amazing group of kids, and ended up forming a real friendship through that experience. At the time, we even joked about standing in each other’s weddings—and a couple years later, I had the honor of being a groomsman at his. Now, I’m lucky to have him return the favor! Fun fact: Cayd played collegiate baseball Sonoma State!

Greta Swanson

Bridesmaid

Sometimes I have prayers answered that I forgot to pray about and I have a sneaky suspicion it's because Greta was already on it. Greta and I have shared so much life and matcha together. She has let me into her heart and mind which is one of the most soft, kind, and safest places to be. I know when I hang out with Greta, I am going to walk away feeling lighter either because she lifted me up in prayer or because we just walked the coast for 2 hours. Her relationship with the Lord is everything you would admire about a loving father-daughter relationship and their trusting intimacy has framed a lot of the lens I see God through. Greta is an angel on Earth and I am honored for her to be my bridesmaid and get to continue to celebrate each others blessings now and forevermore.

Josh Preske

Groomsman

Josh has always felt like a little brother to me. He’s ultra-competitive, fiercely loyal to his friends and family, and has a fantastic work ethic. Over the years, it’s been awesome watching him grow—not just as a younger family friend, but into someone I now genuinely consider a close friend. We’ve shared countless epic summer memories, intense Catan battles, and more than a few heated games of NBA Jam. Fun fact: Josh was a team captain for the wrestling program at Torrey Pines—one of the top programs in San Diego!

Rachel Arvanitis

Bridesmaid

As you would expect with my sister being 2 years older than me, I always had someone to challenge me in school and soccer, someone cooler, smarter, faster, and stronger. While she always had someone to steal her clothes and ask for rides, she graced me with her growing friendship. I have known her my whole life and she has always been 100% uniquely herself and confident in her decisions, never conforming or pressuring herself to be someone else. It has been my joy to see the fruit of that and witnessing her walk in step with the plan God crafted for her. I admire and respect who she has become and am excited to keep growing up together!

Lucas Roth

Groomsman

I met Lucas through my sister Macey—before they were officially a thing. She had a crush on him and wanted me to meet him, so she arranged for us to spend a full day together at Westmont. I got the full experience: campus tour, inside jokes, and a glimpse into his world. From the start, I could tell Lucas was the real deal. He loves the Lord, works hard, and genuinely cares for the people around him. Since then, we’ve bonded over a shared love of disc golf on the Westmont campus, soccer, Star Wars, and—most importantly—Mario Kart. And to this day, he’s the best Mario Kart player I’ve ever gone up against. Now, he’s married to my little sister Macey, which makes it all even better. Fun fact: Lucas played basketball at Westmont!

Macey Roth

Bridesmaid

Though Macey is no longer a Preciado, she is a cornerstone of the family that welcomed me in so graciously and selflessly. Macey is radiant, God fearing, "so sweet and dumb" (baydos words), she is actually joy incarnate. The Preciado House is loud with laughter but when Macey is home from Westmont, it roars with laughter and burping. I am so blessed and excited to gain another sister and friend to do newly married life with. I'll take good care of your maiden name!

Kayla Preciado

Bridesmaid

One thing I love about the Preciado's is that you get so much more than what you see. You see Kayla and she is beautiful and friendly. What you wouldn't know from the jump is that she is lethal on the soccer field, has the voice of an angel, and has a servant heart for no other glory than Gods. She comes with a quiet strength, loyalty, and sharp witty sense of humor. Kayla is a very special women and I have FOMO that I haven't known her for as long as I would have wished but am overjoyed that I will have a lifetime to learn and do life with.
