We’d love for our guests to stay right where the celebration is happening — at Crystal Springs Resort Grand Cascades Lodge. We have a special room block available at both the Grand Cascades lodge as well as their sister resort, The Minerals Hotel, for a limited time. There will be a shuttle service to and from Minerals Hotel to Grand Cascades Lodge. To get the discounted rate, please book your room within 45 days of the wedding by calling Hotel Reservations at 1.866.921.0422 and mention the Carcamo/DiDomenico Wedding.

You can click on the RSVP Tab above (also found within the 3 lines on the upper right hand corner as well as our “Home” page) at any time. Once you click on RSVP, please enter the first and last name of one of the guests within your party. You'll see these instructions within the RSVP tab as well.

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not make it, please notify Josephine or Maritza as soon as you are aware.

Answer

Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been invited. Upon RSVPing, your guest's name will be listed as well. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the celebration begins. Once the ceremony starts, we’d like to keep the atmosphere quiet and uninterrupted, so please plan to arrive on time.

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate children specifically named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.

We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire (black tie optional). Think elegant dresses, gowns, or suits — we can’t wait to see everyone looking their best for the occasion!

Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors (weather permitting). Early spring can be a bit chilly, so we suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl just in case.
