How/When do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP on this very website on the RSVP section at the top of the page. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by March 1, 2025.
Question
Where should I stay?
Answer
We have a room block at THesis Hotel Miami. These rooms are reserved for you to book by March 11, 2025. The booking link can be found on the Travel section link at the top of the page. There are plenty of other hotels in the area for you to choose from if you prefer.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
All of our guests are invited to join us for our Welcome Party on the evening before our wedding at the Ivy Terrace at THesis Hotel Miami at 7pm.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Black-Tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown. Further information and inspiration can be found on the Dress Code page.

Is there anything I should avoid wearing?
Answer
Please avoid wearing white. Please also avoid casual attire (i.e. jeans, T-shirts, shorts, flip-flops, sneakers, mini skirts/dresses).

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, this will be a mostly outdoor event with cocktail hour taking place inside of Vizcaya's Main House.

What is the weather like in the area?
Answer
Weather in Miami tends to be warm, even in April. Please keep this in mind when choosing your outfit.

Where will the ceremony take place?
Answer

Where will cocktail hour & the reception take place?
Answer

When should I get to the venue?

We recommend you arrive by 6:15pm EST in order to give you time to walk to the Garden Mound and find your seat.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel?
Answer
Yes, a shuttle will be running from THesis Hotel Miami to Vizcaya and back.

Can I park at the venue?
Answer
Yes, parking is available. However, we will have a shuttle running from THesis Hotel Miami to Vizcaya all evening.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love your little ones, but ask that this be an adult-only evening.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accomadate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a plated dinner with a choice of entree.

Yes, there will be an open bar for all to enjoy!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 4736 Legacy Park Drive, Tampa, FL 33611 A wedding card box will be at our reception.
