Although we have pictures of us pumpkin picking together at the age of two, we officially began our journey together at the age of 14. What started out as "young love" soon turned into something so much more. As the years passed and we began to experience some of lives most special moments together, we realized that we had something rare, something we never wanted to end. Senior year we were voted "High School Sweethearts" and without even knowing it at the time, that was only the beginning for us and our future together.

Our proposal took place in the beautiful state of Rhode Island as we were celebrating our 11th Anniversary together. Saturday morning we took a beautiful stroll through the very well known "Cliff Walk". This was easily one of the most beautiful walks we have ever taken together. It was a cold November morning and it was pretty cloudy. As we were concluding our walk, we stopped near the edge of the cliff and the sun started to peak out over the ocean. We embraced each other and let this beautiful moment sink in. As we grabbed hands and locked eyes Nick asked the question! Soon after, the photographer peaked his head out of the bushes and it became evident our lives were about to forever change. The moment was special, romantic, and secluded. We celebrated the entire weekend together and couldn't wait to get home to our families and continue the celebration that Sunday night. It was truly the best day of our life . . . so far!
