Getting to the City

If you're flying into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), getting to Center City is easy.
Option 1: SEPTA Airport Train (Recommended)
The SEPTA Airport Line runs directly from all airport terminals to Center City stations, including 30th Street Station, Suburban Station, and Jefferson Station. The ride takes about 25 minutes and runs approximately every 30 minutes.
Best for: Solo travelers, light packers, and anyone wanting the most affordable option.
Option 2: Taxi
Philadelphia taxis have a flat-rate fare between the airport and Center City. Expect to pay approximately $32 plus tip.
Best for: Groups, heavy luggage, or those wanting door-to-door service.
Option 3: Uber & Lyft
Rideshares are readily available at the airport. Pricing varies depending on demand, but typically ranges from $25-$60.
