Is there a dress code for the event?
Answer
Yes, our dress code is pretty formal. We suggest that you wear attire such as a cocktail-length dress or even a full-length dress for women. For men, they can wear a suit or sports jacket and dress shirt. Any colors or patterns are acceptable!

What time should guests arrive?
Answer
Guests should arrive at 3:30 pm. This will give guests time to get parked and get situated in the ceremony hall. There will be water provided for waiting guests and bathrooms available.

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?
Answer
We’ll be covering the cost of a portion of the drinks, so there will be complimentary beverages up to a certain point. Once that runs out, the bar will begin charging guests for drinks. We’re excited to celebrate with you and hope you enjoy the drinks we've provided!

Is there a deadline for RSVPs?
Answer
Yes, it is January 10th 2025.

Are gifts expected, or is there a preferred alternative?
Answer
Gifts are not expected for our wedding. We will have a honeymoon fund box at the reception for anyone who feels inclined to donate. Cash or checks can be placed in the box. There will also be a Venmo QR code to gift money electronically. The money would go towards our honeymoon and starting our new life together.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
To ensure everyone can be fully present and share in the moment with us, we kindly request that guests refrain from using electronic devices during our ceremony. Your undivided attention means the world to us as we exchange vows and begin our journey together. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We're so grateful for your understanding, but due to limited space, we're unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those specifically invited. We hope you understand and can still join us for our special day!

Are there any parking instructions for guests driving to the event?
Answer
Guest parking is located in the back of the lot. There will be security directing guests at the venue's entrance to follow the road to the back of the property to park. There will also be security in the parking lot to direct guests.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the ceremony and reception venues?
Answer
All wedding events take place on the same lot. The ceremony hall, the reception building, and the cocktail hour building are all immediately next to each other. However, if guests need it, there will be Sandlewood employees driving golf carts that can take guests from one building to another.

Is there a rain plan in case of inclement weather?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are both indoors, so weather should not be much of a concern.
