The Hotel at Old Town has a parking lot right next to it and parking garage across the street that we can use. There are also a few parking lots around the area that can be used, we have listed some addresses below. There is parking both to the north and south of the venue as well. 243 N Mead St, Wichita, KS 67202 E 2nd St N, Wichita, KS 67213 - Old Town Square Wichita is hosting a chili cookoff starting at 12 on the 28th. You’ll want to avoid Douglas between Mosley and Emporia. You’ll want to get to the venue from the north using 2nd street and park in the Hotel at Old Town parking garage.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a Welcome Party hosted by the Goeldner's at The Depot on Douglas starting at 8:30 on Friday the 27th. The wedding party will join after we conclude our rehearsal dinner. We will also be hanging out at the hotel Sunday morning for breakfast if anyone would like to stop by before they leave. If you are planning on eating breakfast with us, the hotel breakfast is $14.95 for both those staying there and those stopping in.

We will have hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. Dinner will be buffet style and we will be serving beef medallions, citrus chicken, with mashed potatoes, veggies, and a salad. Everything served at dinner will be gluten free and mushroom free except for the rolls served with dinner. We also have pizza rolls as a late night snack.

Our Colors

Our colors are a dark blue green, maroon, and light blue. The bridesmaids will be in “ink blue” and the groomsmen will be in light grey suits with maroon ties.
