Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal / summer cocktail attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome as are suits and cocktail dresses. For women, block heels are encouraged as the ceremony is held on grass.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at SkyView Golf Club in Sparta, NJ.

Question

Will the ceremony be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Barring any substantial rain, the ceremony will take place outdoors. It will be held on grass so please choose your shoes wisely!

Is there a hotel block for guests? Where should guests stay?

Answer

Yes, we have two room blocks at the Marriott Courtyard and the Holiday Inn Express (each are in Arlington/Mt Rockaway ~18 mins away from the venue). Please check the Travel tab for more details.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be leaving each of the two hotels at 4:45 sharp. Please wait in the lobby for shuttles to arrive.

What time should I arrive to Skyview?

Answer

Between 5-5:15. If you are taking the shuttle service from one of the hotels, the shuttles will be leaving the hotels at 4:45 and arriving shortly after 5pm. If you are driving to the venue, please aim to arrive between 5-5:15pm. There will be a champagne welcome when you arrive (fruit-infused water also available). The ceremony will be begin promptly at 5:30 so please do not be late!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

We encourage everyone to take advantage of the shuttle service if you are staying in either of the hotels. If you are staying at a different hotel or Airbnb, we recommend that you use a ride share service like Uber. For those driving to the venue, the parking lot is located directly on site, however, parking is limited.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, plenty of food will be served. Full menu details located on the Events tab.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Of course, the party never ends! We will be continuing the festivities at the Courtyard Marriot once our reception ends. All are welcome.
