We fell in love with California when we were kids thinking about what our next step in life would be after high school. From the moment we visited California for the first time, we both lost a piece of our hearts to this state. From the people you'll meet from all over the world to the beautiful landscapes of mountains, wineries, deserts and of course, the ocean, to the amazing cuisine. We can't wait to take our favorite people to our favorite place in the U.S.! We hope you love it as much as we do!
No worries! We know it is a lot to ask our guests to take time away from work, family and pets - let alone travel across the country. We want to ensure you know you're invited and someone we'd love to join us but there is no expectation.
Of course! Make it your own vacay!
No! Please let us know in advance what you can and cannot take part in.
Yes! Text Brittany (952-715-2872) if you'd like to bring a plus one. Any friend of yours is a friend of ours.
There is not. Because we have such a small party and some attendees will be staying at different hotels, we did not have the opportunity to set up a hotel block.
NO! You taking time away from your busy life and coming to celebrate with us is the biggest gift we could ask for. There is no expectation to receive any gifts. We do however have one favor... please bring a letter that we can put in our anniversary box to open up on our 1 year anniversary. Here are a few prompts to get you started but you can get creative: - Favorite memory with Brittany and Jordan - First time meeting Brittany and Jordan - Advice for our marriage - Share a wish for our future together
Yes! Below are windows of time between the 3rd and the 5th that you'll have downtime to spend how you'd like. There are fantastic golf courses, restaurants, beaches and much more in the area! Yes! On the day of the wedding, we will have our photographer spend time with the whole group to commemorate our special day, including our guests.
Average high is around 79 degrees and average low is 60 degrees. September typically sees an average around 75 - 78 degrees.
The below are all suggestions - Come in what makes you feel your best! Beach Day: Bring your casual beach attire and swimsuit. We will have beach towels, shade, sunscreen, drinks and food so only bring yourself! Wedding Day: Elegant and formal while reflecting the coastal vibe. Colors inspired by the sea—soft blues, emerald greens, coral, and neutral shades like sand —will complement the surroundings. For women: We recommend formal gowns or cocktail dresses in flowing fabrics such as silk, chiffon, or satin. For men: A classic suit with a formal shirt is ideal (ties are optional). Lighter fabrics like linen will be the best in warmer weather. A suit in soft blue or seafoam green could be perfect for embracing the coastal vibe while staying formal. Shoes: The wedding will be held in a cemented area so you can wear any shoe that complements your outfit the best. I would recommend bringing a back up pair of shoes just in case we adventure out onto the beach afterward! Wedding Dinner: Come in what you wore to the ceremony! Brunch: Casual but stylish - what you would wear to a brunch overlooking the ocean!

Since we will be near the beach, keep in mind that it will be more windy than what it will feel back at the hotel. Pack extra hairspray, hair gel and bobby pins. For our female friends, please note there will not be make up artists or hair stylists.
