Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and the party?

Answer

The shuttles will begin boarding at Hotel Providence, The Beatrice, and The Hope Club at 6:45 p.m. and will depart for Aldrich Mansion at 7 p.m. To ensure an on-time arrival to the party and to avoid missing transportation altogether, please do not be late! For convenience, the shuttles will be available throughout the entirety of the party to return guests to downtown Providence.

Question

By when should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than December 1, 2022. In the event there's an issue with mailing your RSVP card, please RSVP by contacting Dick and Isabel's daughter in-law, Bailey, at +1 817-793-9368 or baileypowellaldrich@gmail.com.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the Travel tab at the top of the site for a list of accommodation ideas.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. Please advise, because the emergency use of an Epi-Pen does not a party make!

Question

Is there parking for the party?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at Aldrich Mansion.

Question

Is there anything else I should know?

Answer

A note regarding health: As many of you know, Isabel suffered a head injury that altered her memory capacity and causes frequent headaches. While she is so excited for the party, she may not recognize guests immediately or may need a moment to gather her words when talking. In order to maximize her enjoyment and stave off headaches, please speak quietly to her and not too close as she is very sensitive to nearby noise and voices. Last, she may need to take a break here and there as she can only enjoy a certain amount of social interaction at a time. Thank you all for your understanding. Isabel and Dick are so looking forward to celebrating with you!
