Where can I send gifts?

Hi Friends & Family! We sincerely appreciate your thoughtfulness and popping onto our registry. You'll notice that there aren't any things that we've listed that we need at this stage of our lives. However, we truly value travel and experiences. Consider this registry as an idea list for experiences to contribute to, if you wish. Knowing us, however, you may find something off the list we would love. Where can I stay?

It's still early and we just started this whole process. But here's what we've got so far... We are working on a hotel block at the Hyatt Regency in Incline Village. However, there are also quite a few AirBnBs in Incline Village. Not many hotels. If you would prefer a hotel/motel, Kings Beach, CA is just a quick distance from the wedding site and has several options. We recommend looking on Hotels.com or Orbitz.com for hotels and short term rentals if you are itching to set something up right away. Please note that it will be outside of tourist season, so there should be quite a few options. Take your time and find what you prefer. Also, consider renting an AirBnB in Incline Village with extra rooms. We can spread the word to help fill the rooms and lower costs for all concerned.

How do I get there?

Drive. If you're coming from the San Diego area, the 395 is a beautiful drive. We've done it quite a lot and still love the views. Fly. Reno is the closest airport - RNO - Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Rental cars are on-site, easy to get, and it's a fairly small airport. The honest downsides of Reno is the typical bumpy landings because the mountains so close by can cause a bit of turbulence. But the pilots who land here are well-versed in how to handle it. The other is the cost. Reno tends to be a bit pricier since Covid. Another option is Sacramento - SMF - International Airport. Typically much cheaper in flight cost. The downside or upside depending on perspective is the drive from Sac to Tahoe is about 2 hours with gorgeous views through the mountains.
