How should I book my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya?

Answer

We ask that you please book through our travel agent, Ryan Roman, whose contact information is listed below. While Ryan can assist in bundling your resort stay with your flights, you do have the option to book your flights separately. There is an adults only section of the resort (the "Heaven" side) as well as a family section for those planning to bring children (the "Hacienda" side). While adults (18+) can move freely between the two sides of the resort, there may be some restrictions for a guest staying on the Hacienda side who wants to do something on the Heaven side. How long should I book my stay at the resort?

Answer

We recommend staying for at least three nights to ensure there is plenty of time to hang out with Nancy and Daniel! Nancy and Daniel will be staying at the resort from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 17th on the Heaven side of the resort.

How do I get to the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya?

Answer

The resort is approximately 1 hour away, by car, from the Cancun International Airport. Transportation to, and from, the resort is included in your package when booking your resort stay through our travel agent, Ryan Roman. Please note that the included transportation may drop off other passengers at other resorts along the way to the Hard Rock. For an additional fee, Ryan may assist in arranging private transportation that will take you directly to, and from, the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP and book your stay at the resort by September 30, 2025, but please RSVP as soon as you are able to so that we can get an accurate headcount.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is "beach semi-formal" - maxi or midi dresses for women, and breathable suits or sports coats, or linen, cotton shirts or guayaberas for men. Think lightweight fabrics, dressy but relaxed. We’ll be celebrating outdoors so feel free to choose breathable materials and embrace color and tropical flair! Please note that none of our events will be held on the sand. The ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour and dinner reception will be also be held outside. Keep in mind that it may get chilly outside at nighttime.

Please arrive at the ceremony by 3:40PM on Sunday, December 14th. The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM, followed by a cocktail hour and reception.

We will be hosting a Welcome Party which will be located on-site at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. The Welcome Party will be at 6:30PM on Saturday, December 13th, the day prior to the ceremony. Light fares and refreshments will be served.

A buffet will be served at the reception following the wedding ceremony. When you RSVP, there will be an option to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
