Cory and I have been friends for the past 3 years. I got to really know him as we went together on a trip to Kansas City. It was that trip that I knew we were gonna be good friends. Soon he’d prove me wrong, and we’d become great friends. We would often joke about the woman that he was going to marry. He would think she was never gonna show, and I told him just wait she’ll be here sooner than you think. Looks like I proved him wrong, and now Cory gets to be with someone who truly is his best friend and gives him a run for his money. I am super stoked to be a part of their special day, and to see what the future holds and how I get to be a part of it.

How I met the couple: I’ve known Amy for about 3-4 years now and it took us a bit but we became fast friends, she was always surprising me with her intelligence and wisdom and I admired her a lot and I still do. When she moved to Kansas, her and I both believed it was going to be a short stop but God had other plans. When I first met him I was weary because I’m pretty protective of my friends, but I instantly recognized that Cory really adores Amy and he’s always doing his best to make her happy. His faith and principles made me trust him all the more and I’m so grateful to God that he has come into her life. I love Amy so much and she’s such an amazing strong beautiful Godly woman and I’m so thankful that I’m a part of their lives and able to be a part of their wedding.
