At what time should I arrive?

Answer

We understand that things happen, and we appreciate you making every effort to arrive on time. Guests must start arriving at 4:00 pm, when the venue will allow their entry. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Latecomers will not be seated until after the processional.

When and where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website, in person or by mail by August 25th, 2025. You are welcome to RSVP before this date!

What if I don’t RSVP on time?

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with exact numbers by a certain date, so please don’t miss the RSVP deadline.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Awe, we will miss you, but we completely understand. If there's anything we can do to help and have you be present, let us know! Otherwise, please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Can I bring my kids?

We kindly request that this celebration be enjoyed in the company of adults. This way, all our guests (especially parents) can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you can still join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

What is the Dress Code?

We kindly request that our guests dress in semi-formal attire and take into consideration that this is a half indoor, half outdoor event. Please refrain from wearing full white, sage, shades of green or gray, as these colors have been reserved for the wedding party.

There's free parking available at the venue. Staff will direct you upon your arrival to the venue.

Please take into consideration that the Ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors, with an outdoor dancefloor and games.

This is an alcohol-free event, therefore no alcoholic beverages will be served at any time. Guests are not allowed to bring or drink alcohol in the premises.
