We’re tying the knot!

It all started when we met back in highschool. We would see each other in between classes and give each other the tightest hugs before going to the next class. We then added each other on Facebook. Only after a week of getting to know little details about each other, Elijah decided to ask Diane to be his girlfriend . However, Diane wanted to wait to get to know him a bit more. Elijah proceeded by saying he will wait as long as it takes! A year passes by and we finally made it official. This journey of 12 years together have been the most beautiful years of our lives. We have grown together, seen each other be the best versions of ourselves. We are excited to continue to grow as a couple and be able to start this new chapter of forever!

FINALLY! We got engaged in Gatlinburg, Tennessee! It was a trip for Diane birthday, but Elijah decided to make it a trip for the proposal since most of Diane family was coming on the trip! But wow were the views beautiful! We started the day by hiking Laurel Falls and then we all went to downtown Gatlinburg and took the sky lifter to be able to get on sky bridge. As we were in the middle of the bridge, Diane dad was recording “pretending” to take a picture of Diane and her little niece while Elijah was behind them. Diane turns around and sees Elijah in one knee and immediately tears run down her face. It was a YES!! That’s when they both knew forever was about to truly begin! We are so excited to share our love story with each and every one of you!
