Guests should arrive at the ceremony at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure they have ample time to walk from the parking lot to the basilica and be seated. Guests will not be permitted to enter the basilica once the ceremony has begun as the mission becomes closed to the public for the time of the ceremony.
Guests need to RSVP by May 23rd, 2025. If RSVP is not sent, we will assume that the guest will not be attending and will not be included in the seating chart. Please let us know if things change and you are no longer able to make it even if you have RSVPed “Yes”. Our planner will be working on our seating chart until the night before and would like to adjust if needed. We completely understand that plans change and life happens.
Invitations and RSVPs will indicate the invited individuals and specify whether guests are permitted.
The dress code is formal. For example, long gowns/dresses for the ladies, and suit and tie for men.
There will be plenty of parking for both the ceremony and reception!
Yes, please let us know ASAP if you have a food allergy so that we can create accommodations!
There will be a full hosted bar from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm for cocktail hour. The dinner services will begin at 5:30 pm and will be followed by our special dances and speeches/toast during which time the bar will be a cash bar. After the special moments, our bar will re-open as a limited hosted bar. We highly encourage our guests to thoroughly enjoy the full hosted bar during cocktail hour!
