What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive as close to 4:00pm as possible to make sure you find seats and then have a few minutes to spare if needed. The venue staff will hold you from finding a seat if you come too close to the ceremony start. Thank you for understanding. We'll see you there!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are so sorry to any confusion we might have caused with the typo on the invitation :) We kindly ask you RSVP by April 30th, the latest. We hope you can make it! However, if we do not hear from you by that date, we will be unable to reserve a seat for you and deeply miss your presence.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free on-site parking for any guests driving to the ceremony and reception. These two events will be held at the same venue so your car will can stay put from arrival to departure. The parking lot is located at Ridgecrest Venue at Stroudsmoor Country Inn - steps away from where the ceremony will begin.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be one bus opportunity shuttling guests from the hotel to the venue. Please be waiting outside the hotel entrance by 3:55pm if you plan on taking the bus.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved rooms at a few different hotels for the nights of Friday, May 30th and Saturday, May 31st. See our travel page for details and links. If you are interested in reserving a room at one of the hotels, please call sooner rather than later.
