It all started in late 2007 at a humble convenience store—two young souls unknowingly shopping for snacks and soulmates. (We like to say he found his favorite chips, and I found my forever snack 😘). We started dating in 2008, young and a little clueless, but full of heart. Over the years, we grew up together—cheering each other on, holding each other up, and molding one another into the people we are today. I pursued my education and earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He was already proudly serving as a city police officer, but he had bigger dreams—and I stood right beside him as he rose to become a Texas State Trooper. We’ve laughed, cried, grown, and loved our way through life. From that chance meeting at a corner store to committing to forever, our journey has been beautifully imperfect—and perfectly ours. We’re excited to take the next step, side by side. From snacks to soulmates, here we are. Ready to make it forever.
