Our story started with a half hearted exchange of information with neither party realizing what they had just started. Wes would message Diana to which he would receive disinterested, one word replies which continued for a few weeks. One fateful day, Wes came home from a particularly strenuous leg workout. He sent Diana a picture of him stuck at the bottom of his stairs, unsure if this climb would be his last due to his noodley legs. Diana replied in the same manner she had all along. Unimpressed, but politely responding. 20 minutes later, Diana received another picture of Wes curled up with a blanket, food, and a remote at the bottom of the stairs with the tag line "adjusting to stair life!" This simple and goofy picture resulted in Diana genuinely bursting with a deep "belly laugh" which was just enough for Diana to deem this poor, weak legged soul worthy of at least an introduction. As they say, the rest is history. A hundred dates, a thousand I love you's, through ups and downs, we have never stopped laughing and joking together. We are so excited to celebrate the love we have with all of you, and hope your legs are strong enough to bring you to Italy to celebrate the occasion with us!

It all started with an innocuous mountain bike ride while Kendrick was visiting us in California. We had been training for some big races so what was an easy enough ride on a normal day was enough to nearly give Wes a heart attack from the pressure! After some rolling hills and beautiful overlooks, the trio arrived at a favorite vista overlooking the Pacific Ocean. A few nervous nods and glances between brothers later, Wes dropped to his knee to secure his life long biking partner to which Diana couldn't say no to those sweet stunner shades! The newly engaged couple rejoiced and celebrated with the visiting Brother properly with some fresh beer's in the parking lot of an incredible and memorable ride!
