This event is semi formal. I would highly recommend blocked heel shoes because it is an outdoors venue. You don't want to sink while you walk. Also, be mindful of the weather. It may be cold so semi-formal dresses that are long and has sleeves would be a good idea. For men, blazers, suits, and coats are a good idea too!
